    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced ACA or ACCA qualified Accounts Manager or Business Services Manager to join our team in a high-profile role with significant responsibility. The ideal candidate will have experience in both statutory and management accounts preparations, as well as working with a variety of large and complex UK and overseas based clients.

    This is an exciting opportunity to progress to Senior Manager grade in a short space of time, working in a mixed accounts based role which includes both statutory and management accounts. You will also have the chance to work closely with clients in setting up and implementing new software packages and systems, as well as providing support and training to junior staff.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage your own portfolio of clients, with a minimum of £500k GRF
    • Review and prepare statutory and management accounts for a wide range of clients
    • Work on consolidations and IFRS assignments
    • Provide advisory services to clients, including setting up and implementing new software packages and systems
    • Support and train junior staff

    Requirements:

    • ACA or ACCA qualification
    • At least 3 years PQE
    • Experience of statutory and management accounts preparations
    • Experience of FRS 102 and consolidations (IFRS desirable)
    • Knowledge of a range of software packages, including Quickbooks, Sage and Xero
