As a Learning Delivery Consultant, you'll combine your expertise in learning facilitation with strong operational planning skills to deliver impactful learning experiences for all parts of the business at M&S.


As part of a team you'll be supporting the planning, launch and delivery of learning programs, content and experiences, and delivering this to the right audience, at the right time.

You'll facilitate both face to face and virtual learning, and continually develop your skills as a facilitator to ensure the best possible learning outcomes.


You'll put in place the right processes to evaluate the awareness, uptake and impact of learning programs, content and experiences on different audiences.

Your feedback and the insight you gather will shape future learning design and strategy.

We're interested in hearing about your experiences in using data to drive informed decisions about learning design and learning delivery.

Key objectives

  • Build learning delivery plans for selected programs and audiences.
  • Lead the effective launch and communication of learning events, content and programs.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, such as Learning Coordinators to manage access and scheduling via the Learning Hub.
  • Facilitate learning programs and sessions, either face to face or online.
  • Train others to facilitate and ensure that delivery quality standards are met.
  • Ensure all learning solutions delivered have clear learning objectives and there is a process in place to capture.
  • Provide feedback and insight from learning delivery to actively shape future learning designs and strategy.
Key skills

  • Experience working as a facilitator, both in person and online.
  • Planning and project management skills applied to learning delivery in a complex organisation.
  • Solution and outcome driven with a strong business perspective.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dedication to customer and end user experience.
  • Demonstrate the ability to prioritise multiple projects.
  • Be teamwork oriented with demonstrated experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • Advanced IT skills, including the use of MS Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Project management knowledge with the ability to structure, plan, control and coordinate multiple tasks.
