An exciting opportunity has arisen for an L&D Administrator reporting directly to the L&D Manager for a professional services company on a temporary basis running for 6 months.

Please note you must be available for an immediate start for this role.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring the departments inbox and promptly responding to all queries
  • Creating training content and resources
  • Creating relevant reports
  • Assisting in the full lifecycle of the training programmes and workshops, including planning, scheduling, communications, logistics and reporting.
  • Assisting with the implementation of training projects

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in L&D
  • Previous experience in a professional services industry
  • Comfortable with face to face and virtual training methods
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Someone who is a fast learner and enjoys going above and beyond
  • Excellent professional and organisational skills
