    **Facilities Manager**

    Join a leading Facilities Management and Building Solutions provider, delivering cost-effective and sustainable bespoke solutions to customers in the public and private sectors.

    Estimated salary £65,000 - £80,000 per annum depending on experience.

    Job Description

    The Facilities Manager will be responsible for managing a multi-site Hard FM Defence contract across London boundaries. This role requires excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing, and communication skills to deliver a seamless customer service while managing our M&E, plumbing, L8, boilers and heating facilities to ensure effective operational delivery.

    • Manage internal engineering team performance
    • Ensure site compliance (HSE & SFG20)
    • Raise quoted works to the value of £100k
    • Develop excellent client relationships

    Essential Qualifications/Skills

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Excellent partnering, collaborative working, engagement, influencing, and communication skills
    • Experience of managing an engineering team
    • Technically qualified – essential
    • Experience of managing small projects up to £100k
    • Experience of delivering against KPIs and working with SLAs
    • Good knowledge of CDM, Health & Safety, and Compliance (SFG20) legislation
