If you are an experienced instructor or newly qualified, we would like to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- To develop swimming and water safety to its full potential.
- Plan and deliver safe effective swimming lessons to pupils from Nursery to Year
- Oversee a parent and toddler swimming session
- Pool and equipment management
You will need to demonstrate:
- Recognized swimming teacher qualification
- Proven track record of teaching in / out of the water
- Strong organizational skills, commitment, flexibility and energy
- Excellent behavioural management skills
- A thorough understanding of safeguarding requirements in line with KCSIE 2023
