Bridge College is the Together Trust's specialist education college for students aged 16 to 25 years with disabilities, complex needs and autism.

Bridge College promotes a multidisciplinary approach to learning and has expertise in supporting students with a wide range of needs.


Hours - 34.5 hours per week worked over 39 weeks per year (term time role)

Salary
- £12.01
***£18, salary already pro-rated to working weeks worked) The full time equivalent is £23,412.00 per annum. Hourly rate is £ Real Living Wage.


Location - Bridge College, Openshaw, Manchester M11 2GR

What can you bring to our students.?

Do you have:

  • A good general education and good written English.
  • Level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Experience of working with people who have learning disabilities and/or complex physical needs and/or autism.
  • Good communication skills and thrive being part of a team.


We are seeking someone with knowledge of the needs of students with learning difficulties and complex needs and how these can be address.


Can you support our students in obtaining their potential by demonstrating a commitment to achievement and an understanding of working with the needs of students with learning difficulties?
