Do you have experience in pension administration? Are you experienced in coaching and training?

Our client, a leading provider of Group Insurance, is looking for a Senior Client Services Representative to join their team.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • E2E pension administration
  • Training, coaching and mentoring new and existing team members, taking ownership of training plans
  • Deputising and representing the Team Leader
  • Investigating and resolving complex complaints, dealing with telephone queries and fully documenting how they are resolved
  • Coordinating, contributing and representing Customer Services in ad hoc projects

Your skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
- "Can Do", proactive attitude

  • Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and able to work under pressure
  • Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Office
  • Experience in Pensions Administration
  • Good knowledge of Composer (GBST backoffice system) is desirable


  • Minimum 5 A

  • C / 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent essential
