Do you have experience in pension administration? Are you experienced in coaching and training?Our client, a leading provider of Group Insurance, is looking for a Senior Client Services Representative to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- E2E pension administration
- Training, coaching and mentoring new and existing team members, taking ownership of training plans
- Deputising and representing the Team Leader
- Investigating and resolving complex complaints, dealing with telephone queries and fully documenting how they are resolved
- Coordinating, contributing and representing Customer Services in ad hoc projects
Your skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to operate in a fast paced, dynamic environment and able to work under pressure
- Intermediate knowledge and experience of MS Office
- Experience in Pensions Administration
- Good knowledge of Composer (GBST backoffice system) is desirable
- Minimum 5 A
- C / 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent essential
