Our client is a top Commercial Law Firm with a strong national presence.

They are currently in the market for a Corporate Associate with good mergers and acquisitions experience to join their highly rated corporate team at the well-established London office.

Associates with 4 plus year's post qualification experience will all be considered for the role provided they have solid corporate experience gained from a reputable top 100 firm.

Associates looking to work in an exciting environment for an outgoing and dynamic team are urged to apply.

Alongside transactional M & A work (of the highest quality in the UK), You will be expected to undertake a general mix of other interesting and stimulatingwork including: ensuring company compliance with statutory duties, company incorporations, corporate restructuring, management buy outs and shareholder advice.

Existing clients of the firm include FTSE 100 companies and finance institutions as well as a number household names in the energy, retails and consumer sectors.

The firm's approach combines a real understanding of client's business needs, the markets and industry sectors to ensure high quality expertise and client care.

Our client embraces flexible working, with a split of 2 days at home and 3 days in the office available.
