Business Process Analyst

Hybrid 2 days in London

Up to £65,000

6 Month FTC

You will need a high level of communication and be able to produce documentation to a high standard, alongside previous experience as a Business Analyst.

Some of what you will be doing:

Evaluating employee needs, internal workflows and business processes
Overseeing detailed business analysis and process reengineering projects
Collaborating with business and IT leaders to create new process designs
Interpreting complex data and business process modelling activities for future reference

Ideally, your skills and experience will include:

At least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, on large and complex projects
Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Engineering
ERP
Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and creating workflows
Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups
Experience developing business requirements
Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentations
High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
