As a member of our Group People team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our corporate functions while championing diversity, inclusion, and equity.
Your Role:
Working closely with our Head of People, you'll navigate a professional global environment, collaborating with senior stakeholders and fostering strong relationships with regional People & Centre of Excellence (CoE) colleagues.
Your proactive approach and commitment to results will drive our strategic goals forward, aligning with our purpose, culture, values, and behaviors.
Key Responsibilities:
Embrace Ambiguity & Drive Efficiency:
- Identify areas for policy or process improvement, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws.
Effective Employee Relations:
- Manage employee relations cases with consistency and coach line managers to enhance people management capabilities.
Strategic Project Participation:
- Engage in People and Business projects to support strategic priorities and boost colleague engagement.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Utilise People MI and data to identify trends and enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Cultivate a High-Performance Culture:
- Develop and deliver courses and workshops to foster a culture of excellence.
Colleague Engagement & Change Management:
- Lead engagement and change initiatives within Group Functions, collaborating closely with the Comms team.
Talent Acquisition Leadership:
- Lead talent acquisition efforts for frontline and managerial roles, from attraction to onboarding.
Data Integrity Oversight:
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records within our HR system.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated success in a fastpaced People function, adept at managing varied tasks.
- Strategic Thinker:
- Ability to understand business impact and risks, offering innovative solutions.
- Proactive & Flexible:
- Enthusiastic and adaptable, capable of managing priorities effectively.
- Exceptional Communication:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept at engaging stakeholders.
- Solution-Focused:
- Energetic with a growth mindset and a collaborative spirit.
Location:
Commutable to London, UK.
Hours:
Full-time; part-time & flexible arrangements considered.
Travel:
Occasional travel to our London Head Office required.
Languages:
English proficiency required; Spanish desirable.
