At Pogo Group, we specialise in the online retail of licensed merchandise, selling globally on platforms such as Next, Urban Outfitters, Amazon and Zalando.


We work with 500+ major brands and licenses in the character, TV/movie, gaming and music sectors including the likes of Disney, Coca Cola and Warner Bros, selling a wide product range such as t-shirts, hoodies and mugs.


With an upcoming member of staff due to go on maternity leave in late January, we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to cover this role for a 12 month period.


Responsibilities

  • Utilise our in house order management system to retrieve customer order information.
  • Liaise with suppliers on outstanding orders.
  • Manage customer returns and refunds.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a similar role delivering online retail customer service
  • Customerfacing skills
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills


  • Proficient computer skills

  • Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with numbers
  • Enthusiastic attitude
  • Selfmotivated

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
