Summary of Position


To deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our own customers with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.


Key Accountabilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times
  • Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office.
  • Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range
  • Assist in keeping the bar, frontof house and toilets clean and tidy at all times.
  • Maintain accurate stock control including ordering, delivery checks, line checks and wastage.
  • Maintain and update personal knowledge by completing inhouse training, attending courses provided and completing H&S, Compliance and regulatory training.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and licencing laws.
  • Assist in opening and closing the premises including taking deliveries

Key Performance Indicators

  • Positive audit score & customer reviews such as Trip Advisor, Feefo
  • Ensure that all upsell and cross sell promotion targets are me
  • Ensure accuracy within till float in adherence to company policy
  • Ensure that measurable wastage targets are met
  • Attendance, breaks, leave and all absences fall in line with company policy
