Stanton House is currently seeking a hands-on Commercial Finance Manager to support a growing Digital Tech company based in Central London.


Responsibilities:


  • Business Partnering with key budget stakeholders in Commercial and Marketing, ensuring they understand financial aspects and how to deliver against budget. Challenging and supporting these teams, ensuring they have the tools to make the right decisions.
  • Completion of the annual budget
  • Completion of bottomup quarterly revenue and direct costs forecasting; oversee P&L forecasting
  • Maintenance of 3year Growth model, ensuring it captures the strategic direction of the business
  • Oversee monthend revenue reporting, checking that revenue and delivered contribution look reasonable and in line with expectations
  • Overseeing Quarterly Revenue reconciliations (supported by the Financial Analyst) with the Commercial team & Finance Operations to ensure accurate billing [Note this will be transitioned out of the team in the shortterm]
  • Monthly tracking and reporting of Marketing spend, ensuring returns are maximised
  • Identify and execute opportunities to improve/automate processes and facilitate better decision making and greater commercial value, working within the FP&A team but also crossfunctionally (with Sales Operations, Commercial, Marketing, Data & Insights,etc).

  • 3+ years Post-Qualified experience
  • Strong FP&A experience
  • Commercial business partnering
  • Financial process improvement
  • Handson

Desirable:

  • Worked within digital/eCommerce marketplace, affiliate marketing or media
