At Enhance Healthcare we are looking for an indiivdual who can join our team to ensure the upkeep and safety of our residents and staff;


Maintenance Worker Responsibilities:

• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
• Performing preventative maintenance.
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance.
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
• Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary.
• Routine fire tests in conjunction with fire safety regulations

Previous maintenance operative experience working in a care home setting would be preferable.

Clean current Driving Licence essential.

We are offering;
Full time, 37.5hours per week

Shift Patterns:
Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Saltcoats, KA21 6EU: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)

Salary:
£10.50 per hour
