Based in the company's Comber office, as the Digital Accounts Technician you will be involved in on the job learning as you support the company's portfolio of diverse clients, from small sole traders to multi-million-pound businesses.

PMB Accountants pride themselves in being Employee centered and Client driven and as such you will be supported daily as you provide a high level of support and knowledge to clients, so excellent communication skills and a personable, friendly approach is very important.

Xero cloud accounting will be the software package of choice for clients.

Hence, your development will include both internal and external additional funded courses such as Xero certification and Anti-money Laundering training.

Your role will evolve as your development continues however from the start of your time with PMB Accountants you will be recognised as an integral part of the team and playing your part in the outstanding service levels that the organisation provide to its clients.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

Onboarding new clients with an introduction to Xero
cloud bookkeeping
Being the first contact regarding Xero queries for clients.
Gauging level of engagement with product, and assiting where required, identifying and implementing systems and automomy.
Liase with office staff with regard to Xero client due to file VAT returns.
Running the weekly/fornightly/Monthly payroll for 50+ clients
Assist with bookkeeping of clients, as and when required.
Company Secretarial duties for clients as and when required.
Other Adhoc duties as and when required.

Salary:
£18,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
