Sales Administrator / Order Processing
£25k salary
Based - Richmond, Surrey TW9
Mon - Fri 9am - 5.30pm
Immediate start
Role:
To provide and assist the Sales Manager / Team with 1st class Administration support
Duties:
- Entry of Sales Order on the company systems and ensure there are confirmation of
- Entry of Purchase Orders onto the systems and send to suppliers.
- To liaise with Finance on Sales Order release
- Allocate stock / orders and generate relevant pick notes
- To create new product codes where necessary
- To create various weekly reports
- Answering telephone calls
- Liaising with warehouse in respect of sales orders
- To assist team members in busy periods and act as cover with daily sales order
Skills
good experience of Microsoft Office and in particular Microsoft Excel.
This is a full time position based in Richmond. Hours are 09.00 to 17.30 Monday to
Friday. (currently operating flexible hours.)
Good communication skills (written & spoken)
