We are recruiting for an Order Fulfilment Team Leader to work with a large and busy telecoms and technology business in the Shoreham area.

You'll be responsible for the line management of your team, facilitating excellent customer service in the provisioning and project management of telecoms orders.

As an Order Fulfilment Team Leader your role will include:

  • Chasing, updating and following through on all orders, including escalations across telco & IT orders
  • Ongoing maintenance and quick turnarounds for all Fast Order Fulfilment task queues and mailboxes
  • Management of staff and workload who deal with the external & internal IT equipment procurement process
  • Management of staff and workload who deal with the telco equipment procurement process
  • Reporting to the Delivery Success Manager any orders that are being escalated or that are outside of the agreed SLA's
  • Engaging with various business teams to understand and improve processes, workflows, role modelling, certification, reporting and notification processes
  • Assisting in training of new starters into the team, as well as upskilling existing members of the team on new products and processes
This is a full time permanent position, working 9am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday. Located at their head office in Shoreham with a hybrid working model.
