Description
The work normally involves:
- Payroll on Xerofor aprox 5 employees
- Approx 50 invoices a month (usually less)
- Project accounting and tracking funding/spending to projects
- Management accounts every month
- Pulling together information for Annual Accounts
- Monitoring spending and VAT threshold
- Short weekly checkin
- Biweekly meeting
Our money comes from 3 main sources:
- Money from trusts & foundations (and sometimes Council)
- Individual donations
- Money from our catering and retail
There should be no more than 5 hours a week going forward however, at the start there we will require more hours to be put in to get the new person caught up and on top of things quickly.
