Applications are invited for this key role to provide support and empower or staff in relation to the delivery of the effective risk management across all services and at all levels.
We use effective risk management to support continuous improvement and to provide assurance to the Trust Board, through the Board Assurance Framework, that the controls and assurance are in place to manage risks, both clinical and non-clinical.
The Trust is looking to appoint to the team, an organised individual with knowledge of Risk Management and/or Assurance with excellent communication skills to work with Corporate and Care Group teams to ensure delivery of safe, effective and effective services.
The post holder will support the development and management of the Trust's Risk Management processes and procedures developing links with internal stakeholders and contributing to the broader understanding and embedding of risk within the organisation at an operational level.
The Risk management Lead will be responsible for the successful delivery of risk management including the Trust's governance culture and embedding high standards of accountability with regard to identification, management, mitigation and reporting of risk.
To ensure the Trust is aware of relevant issues, risks and regulatory requirements in order to manage and maintain the positive reputation of the trust whilst ensuring first class proactive engagement and communication.
