Role Summary
Cubefunder is a growing fintech company, who provide funding for small businesses across England and Wales. We are actively looking for a new team member to support the fast-paced collections department. This mainly involves speaking to current customers and bringing accounts up to date.

You will be trained on all aspects of the role in house, however confidence in speaking to customers is essential.

Responsibilities

You will be updating the borrower's account accurately whilst managing in and out bound calls
You will be speaking to our existing customers that are behind on daily or weekly repayments and be tasked with collecting the late payment (phone based)
You will take charge of the admin aspect of the role to ensure that all correspondence with all customers is tracked and monitored
You will be reviewing financial accounts & bank statements to assess levels of affordability for our customers. Based on these findings, you will be able to offer payment plans based on their affordability

What we are looking for

Excellent spoken and written English is a must
You must be an extremely professional individual who is comfortable speaking to customers on the phone regarding missed repayments
You must be able to adapt your style of language depending on the type of call you are taking
Excellent organisational skills is a must
Keen to learn and be open to change with our evolving practices
