Job Summary:
Elysian Field Limited are looking for a bright and enthusiastic individual, to join our team as a Property Administrator Assistant to work 3 days in Coventry and 2 days at Head Office in Birmingham

Elysian Field have 17 properties which house vulnerable young people within shared accommodation.

Overview of Job Responsibilities (but not limited to):

  • Completing property inspections on a weekly basis
  • Reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Conducting final property inspections, inventories, and checkouts, when required
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate tenant and property files.
  • Coordinate property maintenance requests
  • Support the Senior Operations Manager with various administrative tasks.
  • To maintain the upkeep of office system with weekly and daily reports.

Requirements:


  • A cando attitude and a genuine passion for property.
  • Excellent oral and written skills in English.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • IT & data processing
  • Office administration must have knowledge of IT skills including Microsoft Office systems
  • Enhanced DBS to be completed.
  • Eligibility to work within the UK.
  • Willing to complete safeguarding training.

£20,976.00-£21,571.00 per year
