Customer Service Advisor - HOMEWORKING

Bedford

Temporary to Permanent

Our well-known client who are the UKs leading company within their field, are seeking Customer Service Advisors to join them on a temporary to permanent basis to start on Monday 9th January 2023

You will be required to attend paid training for the first 5 weeks. full time training is carried out at the Head Office in Bedford, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Hours:
Working 5 out of 7 days on a 6 week rota (weekend working is required)

Shifts Available: 8:30am-3:30pm / 8:45am-3:45pm / 9:15am-4:15pm / 11am-6pm

Salary:
£10.00 per hour, rising to £10.43 per hour after 6 months

All homeworking equipment is provided for you.

Job Responsibilities:

First point of contact to all customers via the telephone.
Investigating customer problems and being able to solve them quickly and efficiently.
Scheduling engineers.
Accurately entering data.
Building and maintaining great relationships with both customers and colleagues.
Working to KPISs and team targets.

Skills / Abilities:

Positive and friendly with the ability to build rapport with customers easily.
Experience with customer service is essential.
Must be selfmotivated and a problem solver.
Strong communication skills.
Computer competent.
Microsoft Teams experience.
You will be required to have a basic DBS criminal record check taken out.
