    Life and Accountability Coach (Morning Zoom Check-Ins, M–F)


    Job Description:


    I'm seeking a Life and Accountability Coach to meet with me for 10–15 minutes every weekday (Monday–Friday) between 6:00 AM and 9:30 AM (PST) via Zoom.

    I'm looking for someone with a stern, Type A personality who thrives on structure, consistency, and results.

    The right person will hold me accountable, help me set and track meaningful goals, and push me toward consistent progress in both personal and professional areas.

    Discretion and professionalism are extremely important


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct short (10–15 minute) daily Zoom check-ins, M–F.
    Help define and review SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound).
    Create and adjust strategic action plans to achieve weekly and long-term milestones.
    Track progress through shared tools (Google Sheets, Notion, or other apps).
    Ask reflective, motivating questions to reinforce commitment.
    Support habit-building and structured time management (e.g., time blocking, prioritization).
    Provide honest, direct feedback when necessary — no sugarcoating, but always respectful.

    Type A personality — detail-oriented, driven, and organized.
    Direct communicator with a professional but firm coaching style.

    Additional Details:

    Meeting format:
    Zoom (camera on)

    Duration: 10–15 minutes per session

    Schedule:
    Monday–Friday, between 6:00–9:30 AM PST (flexible within that window)
    Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
