About the Service:

The Children with Disabilities team works with children and young people who have a diagnosed disability or complex additional needs that significantly impact their daily lives.

The team provides statutory support, multi-agency coordination, and targeted interventions to promote safety, stability, and wellbeing.

Role Overview:

• Manage a diverse caseload of Children in Need, Child Protection, and Children in Care cases

Promote independence safety, and improved outcomes. Ensure appropriate care packages are reviewed regularly. Collaborate closely with families to empower them.
