Due to a progression within the department, Sleaford Building Services wish to appoint a co-ordinator for their Plumbing-Heating & Gas Installations and Maintenance department.
The ability to self-manage together with a proactive can-do attitude is essential for this position.The following list of duties is not exhaustive but are considered essential to this position.
- Assigning & uploading jobs on our software programme
- Liaising with engineers
- Contacting customers to arrange engineers' visits.
- Planning and organising reactive maintenance and breakdown works
- Ordering and tracking materials
- Accounting of completed jobs and liaising with the accounts department.
- Document control and filing
