In this role you will predominantly ensure the effective operation of the Sewerage Network within the Staffordshire area and manage your own workload.

Furthermore, you will get focus on the needs of our customers by delivering 'right first time' solutions and you will implement initiatives within the sewerage networks to aid improvements to our performance measures and serviceability.

You'll have daily activities too, such as managing and enhancing our internal and external relationships with all key parties, carrying out work place audits to monitor our contractors compliance.

The post holder will have experience of working collaboratively with contract partners and stakeholders across a large geographical area.

Having experience of building and developing effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders e.g., Customers, EA and Councils would be beneficial.

An understanding of sewerage law and the operation would be desirable but not essential.

Of course, it's important that we attract the right skill sets, and those with the right experience but we value character, positivity, and a caring attitude in equal weight.

We want people who show up and roll their sleeves up. Restless spirits who are ready to be part of something bigger, who care, who really care... because when you really care, you'll go above and beyond. When you really care you don't just talk about it, you do more.

We welcome people from all walks of life and celebrate individuality as we know diverse minds, experiences and backgrounds help us to learn and better serve our communities.

We employ thousands of people from across our community who really care about what they do. Because that is how we do what we do.
