Duties of the Service Coordinator:
- Working closely with the field based engineering team
- Identify processes in place requiring improvement to increase efficiency and support growth
- Supplying data when required
- Logging of operation data
- Supporting the coordination team for holiday and sick cover
- Working to maximise opportunities with the sales team
Previous experience for the Service Coordinator:
- 1 years administration experience
- 1 years customer service experience
- Previous B2B sales experience would be advantageous
- Previous experience working with an engineering team
