Duties of the Service Coordinator:

  • Working closely with the field based engineering team
  • Identify processes in place requiring improvement to increase efficiency and support growth
  • Supplying data when required
  • Logging of operation data
  • Supporting the coordination team for holiday and sick cover
  • Working to maximise opportunities with the sales team

Previous experience for the Service Coordinator:

  • 1 years administration experience
  • 1 years customer service experience
  • Previous B2B sales experience would be advantageous
  • Previous experience working with an engineering team
