Care Coordination Solution User Trainer (Band 6) (Hybrid)

£196 per day (Inside IR35)

3 Month Contract (Possible Extension)

Swindon, Wiltshire (Commutable from Bristol, Cheltenham, Oxford, Worcester, Gloucester, Southampton, London)

My Client are an NHS Trust based in Swindon and are seeking a Care Coordination Solution User Trainer on an initial 3 month contract basis (37.5 Hours) until 31/03/2023 Paying £196 per day (Inside IR35).

Job Summary

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced, enthusiastic User Trainer to play a major role in transforming the way the NHS trusts handles its waiting lists.

You will be working at the heart of the tool's adoption, collaborating with multidisciplinaryTrust-based teams to deliver workplace training on the Trust Care Coordinated Solution, empowering users to embrace a tool which will ultimately prioritise backlogs to save lives.

Skills

Experience working in adult learning (preferred)
Evidence of working within professional multidisciplinary team (Essential).
Experience of training users in a digital system or data platform, especially in a healthcare or public sector environment (preferred).
Experience managing and engaging with stakeholders of various seniorities (Essential)
Good understanding of digital systems and data platforms (Essential).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills which can be tailored depending on audience (Essential).
Knowledge of training techniques and delivery approaches (preferred).
Proven ability to effectively problemsolve (Essential).
Experience scoping training requirements and conducting training needs assessments (preferred)
Experience of working within a change management/training setting. (Essential)
Understanding of IG, Confidentiality and Data protection. (Essential)
Experience at trust level within the NHS. (Essential)

Person Spec

Must be agile and adaptable.
Must understand and thrive in complex programmes, often with multiple workstreams and priorities
Calm and patient while dealing with people that are overloaded and under pressure to deliver
Continually engaging and motivating staff/ users, bringing a sense of enthusiasm and positivity to them

Experience

Working in Public Health or NHS setting
Training IT systems in a clinical setting
A qualification or certification in change management, business change or training delivery
Digital competency in clinical systems i.e. Cerner, patient administration software
Proficiency in using Windows systems

Training across specialities (Technical onboarding/ Hypercare)
Measurable increase in tool usage and knowledge
