T2M Resourcing have been appointed to recruit a
Finance Global Process Owner O2C for a global manufacturing growth the generates of £4b revenue with operations in Europe, The Americas and Asia.

This is a newly created permanent position presenting a unique opportunity to make a significant impact as the group set out on a global transformation program to drive performance improvement, efficiency and consistency within finance shared services.

Reporting to the Finance Director (transformation and shared services) and based in the UK (or possibly Poland) you will play a key role in shaping the future of finance shared services for O2C including the phased transition to SAP Hana.

What will you be doing as Finance Global Process Owner O2C?

As 'Global Process Owner' for Order To Cash (O2C) you will play a major part in the design and implementation of a future finance shared services operating model.

Your wide ranging remit will encompass organisation design, process, controls, quality and systems optimisation, creating best practice finance shared services operations that will ensure consistency and robustness throughout the operating companies that span more than 100 countries.

Initially you will undertake a current status review to understand current processes and procedures
You will then create a future operating model plan, leveraging technology / automation opportunities and driving quality operating practices and processes that are fit for purpose, scaleable and compliant at group and local level
Working with your stakeholder groups you will then oversee the implementation of the operating model across Europe, the America's and Asia
The foundation of the operating model will be based on SAP ECC 6 transitioning to SAP HANA
Working with your stakeholder teams you will inspire a 'continuous improvement' culture, encouraging collaborative working to achieve everything from 'quick wins' to big picture strategic objectives

What are we looking for?
To be successful as Finance Global Process Owner O2C we seek the following skills, experience and attributes:

Finance Shared Services expertise
we will consider captive / in-house or outsourced service delivery. Manufacturing sector experience would by highly advantageous
Ideally a qualified accountant or a highly experienced finance shared services professional
Strong business transformation skills encompassing people, processes and systems ( SAP ECC ad SAP HANA experience is essential)
Excellent planning, organisation and planning skills
Great communication and presentation skills (across all levels) with the ability to inspire and influence
Willing to travel as necessary, particularly in the UK, Poland and occasionally globally
