Oxfam's property portfolio comprises approximately 600 shops plus warehouses, offices and residential properties situated across the country. Your role would be to help our Estates Surveyors to deliver an estates management service that's high quality and cost-effective and which adds value. You will make a big difference to our business.

The Role:_

You will provide support to our Estates Surveyors, helping them manage our large portfolio of properties. The work is varied and interesting with opportunities for on the job learning.


We will rely on your support when it comes to resolving estates management issues, addressing repairs and processing and approval of invoices.

We will look to you to help manage our residential sublet portfolio and to put together the information we need to acquire properties, renew leases and review rents.


You will play an important part in ensuring the Estates team is able to implement the Retail Strategy, support our shops network and add value.
