We are currently seeking to recruit
Senior Care Assistants, with a passion for providing residents with exceptional, kind, individualised care that promotes choice, dignity and respect.

ABOUT YOU:


To join us in the first phase of recruitment you will have experience as a senior care assistant within a care home setting caring for older people.

You will preferably hold an SVQ 3 qualification.


You will have a kind and caring approach with a passion for delivering the highest possible standard of care and support for the residents.


You will have excellent communication skills and have a desire to work in a participatory manner with residents and relatives to enable them to achieve desired outcomes and goals.


You will have experience and passion for supporting and developing less experienced staff members to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and support.

You will have the right to work within the UK.

Salary:
£12.50-£13.13 per hour
