UK Defence Academy
Shrivenham, SN6 8LA
12 Month FTC
Full Time (37 hours per week)
Monday - Friday (either 0800 till 1600 or 1000 till 1800)
£25,000 - £35,000 per annum plus benefits

The core hours operate between , and there is flexibility to work either or Approximately 1 week in 4 you will be required to work 0900 till 1700 to cover support calls.

Due to the level of security, you will be required to work fully on-site in an office environment.

Serco at the Defence Academy provides Facilities Management across all aspects of the site including Estates, Logistics, various Supporting Services, together with Cleaning, Catering and Waste Management through ESS.

What you'll need:

Ideally you will hold a higher education qualification or equivalent experience.
Proficient in IT.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Rigorous and thorough with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise conflicting workloads.
Strong willingness to learn.
Power BI experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided.
Must be able to achieve SC Clearance prior to appointment, Serco will arrange this on your behalf.
