About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an
Client Services Administrator to join our business
Lansdown Insurance Brokers in
Cheltenham.
You'll be part of our
Client Services Team supporting our "right first time" approach to customer service.


We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering an exceptional service, you'll have a proven track record within a customer focussed role.

Key responsibilities
***:

  • Answering incoming calls & transferring to the appropriate staff member
  • Meet and greet clients and guests
  • Checking supplies and ordering stationery
  • Building maintenance: Arranging for contractors to quote for any work that needs to be done, and when appropriate arrange a time and date for work to be completed. Arrange routine servicing of boiler, air con, fire alarm, burglar alarm etc.
  • Admin support including sending Policy Documents to clients and issuing Receipts
  • Processing payments
  • Settling Accounts
  • Contacting clients for renewals and outstanding payments
  • Issuing documents
  • Contacting insurers for claim update and settlements
  • Loading data onto operating system
  • General administrative duties

Knowledge, skills and experience
