  • We now have an exciting opportunity for an individual with the passion and experience to implement and embed operational planning into the service and maximise the efficiency of our operation.

The Role:


  • In your role you will be responsible for leading a team of Planning Analysts to drive forward the achievement of key strategic objectives;
  • Develop and implement an agile and continually evolving whole of service planning solution.
  • Embed the solution to optimise the use of available resource to meet both customer demand and support transformational development.
  • You will own the development and implementation of our suite of planning tools, identifying and delivering improvement opportunities and building excellent relationships with senior stakeholders. You will work in partnership with our Office 365 Solution Development & Insight Teams together with senior functional managers to ensure we optimise our planning capabilities to enhance and deliver an exceptional customer service.

About You:


  • You will have a proven track record of operational planning, customer demand forecasting and successfully implementing change. You will have experience of building and managing relationships in a complex multistakeholder environment and turning insight into action.
  • A passionate ambassador for operational planning, understanding the vision and achieving strategic objectives you will also have high level leadership skills to successfully motivate and develop the team to deliver great performance.
  • Using your excellent communication and presentation skills you will have the ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive forward engagement with operational planning and deliver our strategic objectives.
