Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to and manage incidents in a timely and effective manner, coordinating resources to ensure incidents are resolved quickly.
  • Maintain accurate records of all incidents, including the nature of the incident, the location, and the action taken to resolve the incident.
  • Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  • Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates on the status of incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including mechanics and drivers, to ensure that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible and vehicles are back on the road as soon as possible.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as tow truck operators and repair facilities, to ensure that resources are available when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to incident management and vehicle safety.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other stakeholders to promote incident awareness and prevention.

Requirements:


  • Dealership experience essential
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using incident management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to incident management and vehicle safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
