Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to and manage incidents in a timely and effective manner, coordinating resources to ensure incidents are resolved quickly.
- Maintain accurate records of all incidents, including the nature of the incident, the location, and the action taken to resolve the incident.
- Analyze incident data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to provide updates on the status of incidents and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including mechanics and drivers, to ensure that incidents are resolved as quickly as possible and vehicles are back on the road as soon as possible.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as tow truck operators and repair facilities, to ensure that resources are available when needed.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines related to incident management and vehicle safety.
- Provide training and support to drivers and other stakeholders to promote incident awareness and prevention.
Requirements:
- Dealership experience essential
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using incident management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines related to incident management and vehicle safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
