We are recruiting for a Clinical Lead for a well-established, state of the art Nursing Home, based in a very picturesque location in Wolverhampton.


This home is a medium sized home and specialises in delivering specialist Nursing Care to people diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities.


We are looking for Clinical lead (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join the clinical team in delivering the highest standard of Nursing care to residents within this state-of-the-art Nursing Home.


This home is ideally located, it is close to the local amenities with good public transport links and great access to Wolverhampton City Centre, but still being surrounded by surrounded by fields and being in a picturesque location.


This Clinical Lead role, your tasks will include, but not restricted too:

  • Responsibility for ensuring the highest standards of person
- centred care are always delivered.

  • Ensuring that the electronic care system has comprehensive, individualised care plans in place which are regularly reviewed and evaluated in accordance with NMC and company policy
  • Assist and deal with preplanned treatments of patients and emergency situations
  • Observing and carrying out appropriate handovers to ensure the detail and accuracy of resident information being provided.
  • Be responsible for leading and supervising the care team and offering support and guidance particularly in relation to the induction and mentoring of new staff.
  • Registered General Nurse (RGN), Registered Mental health Nurse (RNM) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) with a Valid NMC Pin
  • Experienced in delivering Care & Support with people diagnosed with Learning Disabilities and who have Physical Disabilities
  • Experienced in working in and leading Nursing home
  • Someone who is passionate in delivering person centred care
  • Have a good understanding of suitable activities in and around Wolverhampton
  • Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and the legislative and regulatory framework.
