You will ensure our business delivers exceptional service to all clients & customers and be able to deliver efficient and accurate administration across departments.
This is a key role in our business with varied duties summarised as follows:
Service Administrator
- Answering customer service calls ie breakdowns, booking in service & thorough examination visits
- Assisting Service Manager with engineer's electronic planner board
- Updating customers via telephone on engineer arrival time
- Assisting Service Manager with administration duties
- Invoicing
- Closing jobs on the system and sending job sheets to customer
- Sending thorough Exam reports to customer
Hours are by arrangement:
8am-3pm (pro-rata) or 9am-5pm full time
Salary will be up to £23,000
Notes
In house training will be provided for our bespoke IT software.
The applicant will require:
Ø Excellent customer communication skills
Ø Experience working in a customer service/ office environment.
Ø Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
The Service Administrator will have responsibilities relating to the daily processes within the Service department, and should be willing to participate in all relevant office functions, to continually improve quality and standards, protocols, and performance.
It is essential that you can work as part of a team and communicate with and assist the rest of the staff.
