Description
Sales Support and Order Processor for sales team. UK Delivery Orders only.

  • Process UK Warehouse sales orders for delivery within the UK.
  • Update SAP system with open orders to delivery notes once goods have left the UK Warehouse.
  • Update SAP system with open delivery notes to invoices once POD is available on the transport website.
  • Manage EDI systems for all customers when required.
  • Arrange all transport for orders.
  • UK Sales Support for UK sales team for orders delivered within the UK.
  • Investigate UK orders overdeliveries / shortages where applicable.
  • Process invoices and credit notes where applicable for all UK orders.

Qualifications:


  • Experience working with SAP, not essential but if preferred
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Proficient in data entry and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
