What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with a talented team to construct, repair, and maintain boats of varying sizes and types.
• Utilize your expertise in deck fitting to bring our projects to life.
• Bring precision and dedication to every stage of the boatbuilding process, from initial design to final touches.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience inside or outside the industry, fit out, repair, and maintenance across different disciplines.
• An overall understanding of fit out, repair and maintenance processes.
• Adaptability and a positive attitude in the face of new challenges and diverse projects.
• Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship.
