Opportunity
To provide administrative support to the Sales Team and the sales process. Responsible for specific steps in operational and sales processes including the opportunity management process, the order management process, the deal registration process and help in management of customer renewals.
This role does require someone to have a proactive and innovative attitude and focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
This role requires three days at either their London office NW1, or at their Staines office and 2 work from home days.
Main duties:
- Assist Account Managers with quotation
- Support customers with order enquiries and assist with the resolution of issues and delays
- Maintain accurate and up to date customer information within the internal systems
- Responsible for the electronic filing of customer orders documentation
- Requesting Pos, booking orders and raising quotes
- Making awareness of renewable orders
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a basic understanding of products & services
- Has experience of CRM & Purchasing Systems
- Can maintain high activity levels with a high degree of accuracy
- Is able to prioritise own workload and manage time effectively
- Has strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Is able to work well as part of a team
- Has strong drive and resilience
