STREET OUTREACH WORKER, STREET OUTREACH TEAM, SHEFFIELD, 6-MONTH SECONDMENT COVER, 37 HPW, FRWK06 £20,127 - £22,293
The Street Outreach Team is a street-based service that works with individuals who are sleeping rough in Sheffield.

We primarily work with clients who do not regularly access other services such as day centres etc., either by choice or because of exclusion.

Many of our clients have issues around substance misuse, alcohol misuse and/or mental health problems.


We are looking to recruit individuals who are motivated and enthusiastic to be involved in accompanying clients to appointments, assessing, referring and offering advice on housing.

An empathy and awareness of the client group coupled with an inclusive and non-judgmental approach will ensure that the best level of service is provided for our clients.


Access to a vehicle during working hours is essential for this post, as is the ability to work un-social able hours.
