Read on, we're looking to take on a Customs Entry Administrator on a fixed term contract.

Based out of our office in Heathrow, you'll be supporting multiple contracts with their transport loads and movements to & from the UK and EU.

We're looking for people who can be are wanting working hours between 0900 and 1700 over a 5-day Monday to Friday week.

Pay, benefits and more:

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £25,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 20 days holiday entitlement as well as the option to buy additional days.

What you'll do on a typical day:

Day-to-day you will arrange the export clearance of standard EU shipments, processing the paperwork and moving at pace to ensure a first-class service
A large part of your role will be to transfer various sources of data from customers documentation to our system
CargoWise and spreadsheets
Engage and communicate with Border Force to ensure our loads won't be delayed

What you need to succeed at XPO:

Methodical and attention to detail are critical for this role
Excellent customer service skills and confidence on the phone
The ability to communicate effectively in both a written and verbal capacity
Previous experience working for a freight forwarder would be fantastic
