Services Administrator£11-£12 p/h depending on experience
Starting Monday 20th February for 3 weeks
To provide service support to customers on a temporary, full time basis (Monday through Friday from 08.30 through 17.00)
Key tasks:
- To log faults in service management system
- To allocate service calls to service engineers via our service management system
- To place orders for parts required to carryout service call
- To liaise and follow up with Technical Support in relation to escalations
Skills and experience:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confident in receiving and making telephone calls from and to customers and collegues
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and service management systems
- Excellent data entry and keyboard skills
- Ability to use common sense and initiative to resolve issues
- Willing to help others
