Services Administrator
£11-£12 p/h depending on experience
Starting Monday 20th February for 3 weeks
To provide service support to customers on a temporary, full time basis (Monday through Friday from 08.30 through 17.00)


Key tasks:


  • To log faults in service management system
  • To allocate service calls to service engineers via our service management system
  • To place orders for parts required to carryout service call
  • To liaise and follow up with Technical Support in relation to escalations

Skills and experience:


  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident in receiving and making telephone calls from and to customers and collegues
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and service management systems
  • Excellent data entry and keyboard skills
  • Ability to use common sense and initiative to resolve issues
  • Willing to help others
