We are looking for a Senior Corporate Receptionist to join our fast paced & exciting client on a permanent basis.
The successful Senior Corporate Receptionist will be responsible for a providing a First-Class welcome experience for all external guests andvisitors.
The successful Senior Corporate Receptionist will also be responsible for the management of another member of staff, ensuring their effective contribution to the Front of House Operations as well as making sure that the reception area is being manned in a professionalmanner.
Key Responsibilities as a Senior Corporate Receptionist:
- Ensure the smooth passage of entry for Guests and Visitors, using the building Landlord's external visitor booking system
- Manage all external meeting room bookings organised via the inhouse booking system
- Administration and upkeep of the Staff weekly office attendance and booking forms
- Fronting a First-Class Welcome Experience for all External Guests and Visitors
