Flowers Associates are seeking a Senior IFA Administrator who has experience of the industry and the up most integrity to join a professional, independent Investment Management company based in Leicester.
This role would suit either an experienced Pensions/InvestmentsAdministrator or Senior IFA Administrator who's ambition it is to professionally develop and drive a team of professional, independent financial advisors, administrators and paraplanners.
The Role:
The Senior IFA Administrator will take ownership of organising and managing the team of Independent Financial Advisors, Administrators and Paraplanners as well as implement and challenge processes/procedures.
- Successfully lead the team of Financial Advisors, Administrators and Paraplanners, including but not limited to, conducting 1-2-1's and training on processes/systems
- Challenge old processes and procedures as well as implement new ones where necessary
- Develop and present Management Information to the Senior Management team in line with regulatory requirements
- Ensure that practical and operational aspects of the business are dealt with in a timely and pragmatic manner
- Provide efficient HR services to the Senior Management Team, such as the recruitment for the team
- Develop and maintain the internal CRM IT system as well as train the team on how to utilise the system correctly and keep accurate records/information
- Any other ad hoq duties to ensure the smooth running of the business/office and that would support/benefit the members of the Investment Management Teams.
