Employment department, it is now seeking to appoint an

Employment Senior Associate / Partner to work alongside its existing team to assist in driving forward a resilient and varied legal practice.

of - 8 years Post Qualified Experience and experience handling a varied caseload of

Employment matters including queries for senior employees issues, some directors duty and incentive claims law, as well as some reputation management/crisis management. You will also assist with strategic problem solving and helping to build the practice through relationship management.

The team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of Employment Law and tribunal claims.

Employment Senior Associate with a least 6 years Post Qualified Experience
:

Ability to work well in a team as well as own initiative.
Strong academics and technical knowledge.
Excellent IT and typing skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent time management and organisation skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritise.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
