Great opportunity to join a successful and growing B corp integrated Creative agency


They are an energetic and talented bunch, working with well known brands a variety of projects including purpose led and charity campaigns.


You will be key in making sure the agency remain profitable, working alongside the core finance team, ensuring best commercial practice is seen across the business transactions.

Training and development provided in a collaborative and supportive culture.
- £45k-£50k (some flex)

  • Blend of office (London) and remote working
  • Full Study support provided if required
The Role

  • Ensuring the agency hits their growth targets and is profitable
  • Work closely with non finance people and client leads in particular
  • Track and analyse revenue growth and revenue forecasting
  • Working with the team to confirm and process monthly revenue recognition
- revenue forecasting and client reconciliations

  • Improve client margins
  • Working with Client Services to ensure all jobs are opened, maintained, and closed in line with the correct processes
  • Ensure estimates are set up using correct rate cards and exchange rates
  • Review outstanding POs and unbilled estimates to ensure timely billing
  • Monthly WIP reports & any commentary necessary
  • Monthly Prebill reconciliation & any commentary necessary
  • Monthly revenue forecasts & new business pipeline
  • Produce monthly packs on job profitability, and servicing for Client Services
  • Awareness of Aged Debtors (reporting and credit control sits with Finance Assistant)
  • Track and highlight any over servicing on jobs
  • Upskill other members of the team to be more commercial
  • Ensure rate cards are up to date and accurate
  • Implement new plans, procedures and systems where you see fit, eg building a margin improvement plan
  • Ensure you are having regular catch ups with client leads and project managers on capacity planning and client job progress
  • Understanding client contracts and flag any clauses to be aware of

  • From a Creative/ Marketing Agency background
  • Commercial acumen
