Due to continuing international growth ROVOP have an exciting opportunity for an Assets & Procurement Administrator.

In this role you will be responsible for providing daily admin support within the Operations department and part-time reception cover.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Process purchase orders, including; creation of new POs, obtaining supplier quotations, file delivery notes & other documentation relevant to a PO
  • Expediting overdue purchase orders, including; contact suppliers for delivery updates, update the POs with the new date
  • Supplier maintenance, including; request relevant documentation from new suppliers and adding the information to the supplier database on IMS, ensuring existing supplier details are kept up to date
  • ROV systems certification registers updating and reissuing to systems
  • Document control for Asset certificates received file into system folder and upload onto IMS and Operations Module
  • Downloading certificates from 3rd Party portals as required
  • Provide a friendly and welcoming reception for visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring everyone is welcomed in a courteous and professional manner. Issuing access passes where applicable and making individuals aware of the HSE visitor induction, where necessary
  • Receive deliveries from couriers, ensuring items are quickly passed to the relevant contact and larger deliveries are received by the appropriate point of contact
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
