Page Personnel are currently working with a well-established Medical organisation based in York who have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy team on a permanent basis.

Due to an ongoing period of growth the client are looking for extra assistance within their Financial team.


Description


As Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will include: Ensuring invoices are paid within allotted timefeames, authorisation of invoices/credit notes, revisiting outstanding invoices regularly, handling new and existing supplier accounts ensuring all informationis correct, handle supplier enquires where necessary and code invoices with a key focus on accuracy and detail.


Profile
Have held a similar position previously

Excellent communication skills written & verbal

IT literate and able to pick up new systems

Well organised and able to manage workload

Able to work well independently as well as part of a team

Positive with a can-do attitude


Job Offer
