Description

We are currently working with a leading Global Financial Services firm seeking an Office Manager to join their team on a maternity cover basis; they are a market leader in their industry and have cultivated a strong community-focused operation, which ishardworking and successful.


You will be required to work in their Windsor office on a full-time basis, with remote working possible on Friday.


As the Office Manager, you will be:

  • Responsible for full oversight of all travel requirements across the business, management of the office facilities and being the first point of contact for all matters pertaining to the running of the office and administration. This could be from bookingaccommodation to arranging visa documentation.
  • Act as support to the wider offices, covering London Office Manager and Events Coordinator for sickness / leave.
  • Oversee reception services and ensure that meeting rooms are maintained to a good standard and booking systems efficiently implemented
  • Ensure that all guests are warmly welcomed, in a professional manner and proactively checking schedules to prepare for their welcome upon arrival.
  • Upkeep of office facilities, meeting rooms and kitchen areas, ensuring areas are fully stocked and tidy
  • Arrange car parking facilities and taxis for visitors
  • Arrange catering and preparation of IT equipment for meeting rooms
  • Organise and sort post
  • Maintain health & safety of the office, updating fire evacuation list with new joiners and leavers
  • Build a strong working relationship with contractors; managing contracts where necessary
  • General administration as business requires to drive business efficiency

Experience Required

  • Must hold previous experience as Office Manager within a financial or professional services
  • Have exceptional organisation skills
  • Highly serviceorientated approach
  • Able to problemsolve while keeping calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills across a range of stakeholders
  • Loyal and committed

Package on offer

  • Salary up to 45K based on experience
